How much will I need to lift?
The Escape with its seat and AirSafe battery weighs 33 lb. Removing the seat, front wheel and battery reduces the heaviest component to 21 lb. Seat choices and accessories change total weight. Compare the actual lifting configuration with your abilities and watch the handling videos.
Will it fit my height and my car?
Frame and seat adjustments help accommodate different heights. We ask for your height and weight when ordering so we can help with configuration. Check our sizing information and folded dimensions, then measure your vehicle’s opening and storage space.
Which battery should I choose?
Start with AirSafe if air travel is part of your plans, and confirm your airline’s rules. Max Range is an option for longer outings and is not airline approved. Existing owners can choose no battery if they already have a compatible one. Compare battery options or call us for help.
What should I know about the controls and seat?
The Escape uses hand-operated brakes. Consider your ability to operate the controls, your balance and your seating needs. Standard and Extra Large seats are available. A test drive and a conversation with our team can help you decide whether it suits you.
What support is available after I buy?
TravelScoot USA offers phone support, troubleshooting guidance, installation videos and replacement parts. The scooter has a two-year warranty, subject to its terms; batteries have separate coverage. Explore service and support.
